Job Description: Territory Manager
Build and develop a good relationship with stakeholders. Ensure stakeholders are updated with appropriate Price Lists, Catalogue, Samples and Marketing materials.
Developing quotes and proposal.
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Liaise and communicate new project information to the respective sales executives.
To be able to present high standard of service and professionalism in dealings with stakeholders; promptly and competently attend to all customers inquiries; complaints and other urgent issues
Perform Project Conversion; when required
Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.
Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
