Job Description: Sales Manager
Channel management and expansion as per the need of the business.
Engaged in retail activation, demand generation for new products, secondary schemes and activities with skills gained in Market Intelligence and Networking.
Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the location.
Developing & executing customer level engagements that maximized entire customer life-cycle value.
Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on the performance of the team.
Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
Steering business planning and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment, pipeline management and hosting constructive meetings.
Educate employees on new products, customer service strategies and regulation changes in the industry.
