Ravi Padmanabhan established ORIENTATION HRPlus in 2005, after acquiring 20 years of experience with MNC, including 11 years in corporate HR management. He was responsible for a workforce of 2,000 employees and 100 managers in a four-nation area when he decided to pursue the dream of establishing his own firm.
